Exceptional service with attentive staff throughout my stay.

I was disappointed with the lack of blackout curtains. the sunlight woke me up early every morning. Additionally, the breakfast buffet had some items that felt stale and not fresh, which was unexpected. Lastly, the check-in process created some confusion regarding my room rate, adding unnecessary stress to my arrival.

The room was immaculate and beautifully decorated. Noise from the street was a bit distracting.

Copthorne's warm staff, especially Kak Ari's complimentary room upgrade, and the provision of a baby bed made our stay superb. The Italian restaurant offered great food, though breakfast could use more options.
